Led a mix method research study to examine the level of employee and participant diversity awareness and readiness for organizational implementation. Designed and facilitated the collection of data, analysis and research publication for University of Minnesota.

In academic environments where student demographics are rapidly changing, the academy’s workforce plan to diversify its staff and administrator leadership is unchanged. This presentation provided personal reflections of current college leaders; then offered strategies to recruit and retain staff and administrators in higher education.
